Rules

These rules apply to everyone without exception. Failure to comply may result in removal from site.

Crowd Management

  • Artists must not encourage moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, walls of death, or any other hazardous audience activities.

  • Security and Stage Managers may stop a performance to ensure audience safety.

  • Audience members must not be invited on stage or onto any structure.

  • Artist management must acknowledge and comply with the Festival Show Stop Procedure. Any deviation must be agreed in advance with Senior Management.

Health & Safety

  • Comprehensive first aid provision is available at all times.

  • All accidents, incidents, and near misses must be reported immediately to the Artist Liaison Team.

  • Unsafe conditions should be reported promptly. The Event Safety Advisor’s decision is final.

Noise Management

  • Noise levels are monitored by an independent contractor.

  • Sound engineers must keep levels within agreed limits.

  • If off-site noise exceeds limits, PA levels must be reduced until compliant.

  • On-site amplified sound must also remain within safe exposure limits.

Show Stop

  • A show stop may be called in the event of an immediate life-safety threat.

  • Only a senior member of the Truck Festival Operational Team, Stage Manager, or Pit Security Supervisor may call a show stop.

  • Performances must halt immediately if instructed.

  • An artist representative must be present at the stage throughout the performance.

  • Ideally, the artist should address the crowd directly if a show stop occurs.

  • Restart decisions are made by Senior Event Management in consultation with all relevant teams.

Smoking
