RF

All wireless equipment (including microphones, IEMs, and walkie-talkie type radios) must operate on licensed frequencies. Due to the size and multi-stage nature of this event, the RF spectrum is managed by the festival in coordination with Ofcom to avoid clashes/intermodulation. Touring/visiting RF must obtain spot frequencies from the festival RF coordinator and must use these allocations on site. This applies even if you already hold an Ofcom licence (it will not be coordinated for this site and may cause/receive interference). Standard PMSE spot frequencies are charged at £17 per frequency and will be accounted for in settlement; other licence types charged accordingly.
